We met Wendy Mitchell when she assisted our daughter and son-in-law with the purchase of their new home. Wendy goes above and beyond when it comes to finding homes that met our criteria . She also is very helpful and knowledgeable is many areas. She has years of experience which lends to her ability to see and question things that we may have overlooked and/or didn't understand. If she didn't know an answer or was not sure, she would find it out and let us know. She assisted with all aspects of working with the closing attorney and title company and kept in contact with our lender to be sure all the necessary items were taken care of. She kept in touch with us regularly throughout the process of looking for a home to the closing of our new home. We would highly recommend her!!

We have bought and sold a number of houses during our 39 years of marriage. Some were good experiences, some not so good. Wendy Mitchell is, without a doubt, the most thorough and professional agent we have encountered. When we first contacted Wendy, we had mixed emotions about selling our mini-farm. Wendy was very understanding and joined us in prayer. We ended up making the decision to let Wendy list our property. It wasn't the run of the mill piece of property and being rural, comps were hard to come by. But Wendy worked with us to come up with a price that was acceptable and marketable at the same time. She gave us feedback from showing and kept us informed on market trends. On more than one occasion, she drove out to lock up after showings that took place while we were out of town. We ended up selling quicker than we thought it take and moved into a rental house. Hopefully Wendy will be just as successful in helping us to find a suitable house that we can call our “new home." Wendy and her husband are church and motorcycle friends of ours, so when we needed a realtor we did not even consider anyone else. Wendy is very personable, knowledgeable, honest, energetic, and professional. Even though she is perfectly capable and willing to handle everything on her own, she always involved us and communicated every detail throughout the process. She offered good suggestions and helpful advice as you would expect from a professional realtor. Her property descriptions and listing were well written and covered the important points of the property. When the process or scheduling seemed to hit a glitch or delay, she was all over it to get things back on track. She had an open house scheduled but the property sold before it was necessary. It sold relatively fast, Wendy "delivered" in all regards as we expected, and we're still friends! Highly recommended, you will be pleased.

I had my mortgage company recommend several realtors only to be disappointed by realtor who made empty promises and left me sitting in hotel waiting on calls and to show me house that we had clearly told them we did not want. Then I called Crye-Leike and when Loraine answered the phone I was desperate upset and she listened to me and very calmly said we can help. She took my name and number and promises me someone would call me directly. What a blessing that was and when Wendy called me and she listened to me. She showed me houses that I wanted and even went to looked at house when I could not because of location. She on two occasions called me at 9 or 10 at night to keep me abreast of what was going on. She did not just help me find a house she helped me find a home. On a personal note I feel I did not only get a great team I found my first friends in a new home new state. I looked forward to seeing my friends throughout the years. It was so amazing how Wendy showed us all over and letting us know the great restaurant's shopping areas and were to find places we will need.
